Tito’s, on the other hand can accommodate only up to 2000 people at a time, but is reputed to be the most exclusive nightclub in the entire island where the rich and the famous go to party. For those not staying in Palma you can be sure to find bars and restuarants near or within you resort hotel. Comparative to Palma though the nightlife in other areas are definitely more sedate. Those in rural towns staying in rural hotels and fincas need to travel a little distance to find a place for some serious partying.

A favorite tour among tourists is a trip to the first railway line in Mallorca, which was first officially opened in 1875. From the original line from Palma to Inca other routes were eventually opened and closed due to financial setbacks. Now the railway is under operation again and even the abandoned lines are in use due to the increased demand for public transportation. Art lovers need only visit the numerous museums, old buildings, churches, cathedrals and the famous Arab Baths to have their fill of art and beauty.
