Mallorca Allure
Serene, beautiful, tranquil and so Spanish- that is Mallorca for me. Picturesque valleys, mountain ranges, sun-swept beaches, are just few descriptions of Mallorca diverse natural landscape. The islands geological formation contributed much of the beauty of the largest of the Balearic Islands. Catalunya language and culture is prevalent in Mallorca.
Three major kinds of landscapes offer different and varied choices of activities that visitors can enjoy. The mountain range of Tramuntana and Puig Major offers a perfect view for walking escapades and tour. The mountain ranges is polished through the years to form tiny villages and gives way to little roads going to pebble, rock and sand beaches. Cheap travel to Spain can be enjoyed in this beautiful island.
While the central plain of the island Mallorca is the growing region which means vast plantation of almond and olive grooves are present. The blossoms come out every February that adds colors to the plantation. The coastlines also give to many beaches from the developed resorts to the little coves that families can enjoy for free. Guests can swim, sunbathe, dive and sail whenever they chose to.
Now, Mallorca tourism has reinvented itself to accommodate tourist and guest that are captivated by the islands natural beauty. To the joy of the guest, several hotels are now proudly standing in the islands; Mallorca accommodation ranges from a hotel accommodation to villas. Some families rent villas for a month or two for a more comfortable and relaxing stay. Some prefer to stay inn apartment that is a walking distance from a beach and enjoy an afternoon walk or picnic with your family.
On the northern side of the island is the fishing village. This destination paints one beautiful picture of a life. The fisherman and the locals busy with their businesses replays scenes from the past. You can spend a whole day in the water front of Palma either appreciating the seas or merely spending time taking pictures.
